With a team of 8 designers, we were challenged with creating a resource guide to support financially challenged individuals in Athens, Georgia.

My responsibilities included research, developing a style guide, photo selection, photo editing, and layout design for the print copy.

This publication highlights our top picks for cost-effective shopping, entertainment, and dining every month. The digital team manages an app and social media campaign to support it.






 Brand Identity

We researched and developed a style guide to define the desired mood and brand identity for our guide, app, and social media. 

Our focus was on achieving a lively yet sophisticated tone. The color palette selection considered psychological impacts to evoke specific emotions, aiming to create a tranquil, joyful, and empathetic user experience.

App and Social Media Campain:Our social media presence aims to be a timely resource with eye-catching graphics and a whimsical feel, highlighting ongoing deals and promoting our book. The engaging visuals and playful tone aim to captivate and leave a lasting impression on our audience.

The app emphasizes weekly deals and complements our monthly print release, offering users and magazine followers up-to-date content. It includes a built-in calendar for easy navigation and viewing of daily deals, enhancing the user experience.
